I own a 1996 Disco S/E Same thing, I'M not the original owner. I went to a dealer ship out in Long Island, N.Y. They refused to repare. Stating it's not covered and would cost $150.00 usc, to repare. I had no other choice but to replace it. It was lifting up to my windshild. If you reslove this problem please reach out to me.
