Ronnie - if you have enough cash, get yourself a used MIG welder and an angle grinder and learn how to use them. Most jobs on a III can be done for little outlay but unless you've got 800 quid for a new galvanised chassis you're in for problems come MOT time. Try and get to know any series owners who live near you, they're an invaluable source of help and will talk about landy's till the cows come home.
