Discovery overheating

I have a Discovery 93 and it has a chronic overheating problem. The radiator has been cleaned alredy. The problem is ovious when I use the air conditioning.

I have observed bubbles in the radiator and recently after an overheating "episode" I found that the auxiliary cooling liquid reservoir was nearly full at maximum capacity! Any advice?
