I bought my freelander in 2000 from an import dealer. It leaks into the boot area causing the secure box to get very wet. It has been to a dealer 4 times and leaks worse than ever. Land Rover have arranged for another dealer to look at it but I sam far from hopeful. Anyone have any idea on my legal rights to claim a replacement if the problem is not resolved, bearing in mind it was imported but built in UK?
Any ideas on how to solve the problem (apart from putting mastic around the door and never using it!)gratefully received please. Advertisements of Freelanders wading through lakes with hippos are a complete joke (unless the driver has a wet suit on).
