My 50th Anniversary Freelander, which I bought in June 1999 for 23K has now covered 25,000 miles and has just been sent back to the Dealer due to the HDC failing (used it once!).
This comes after the Head Gasket blew in January 2001, the Master Cluth Cylinder at 16,000 miles and various other 'little' problems !!
Perhaps it was down to the 'mild' winter....
